Service and Refund Policy
| Leading Edge Wireless' money back guarantee is only valid during the first 30 day period. Any cancellations after this initial 30 day period will not receive a refund. Because Leading Edge does not require a contract for residential services, you are able to cancel your service at anytime. Simply contact us and we will remove our equipment. All equipment remains the property of Leading Edge Communications, and must be returned upon service cancellation. Any equipment not returned, or returned damaged will result in an invoice for the replacement cost of the equipment. No refunds for any unused portion of service will be given. |

| Hotspot access for monthly account holders is based on the MAC address of the PC or Laptop accessing the HotSpot network. Once a system's MAC address is registered to your user account, you cannot use a different computer in our HotSpot network without contacting our office to remove the original first system's MAC address from your account. This is a security feature built in to prevent account sharing with non-account holders. |

| Hourly, Daily, and Weekly Hotspot use is limited to 1 MAC address (1 laptop or PC) and cannot be transferred to a different system. There are no refunds for unused time. |
